So, I had anal sex with this guy a few weeks ago. He wasnt very gentle and im 90% sure he didnt use a condom. His penis was also very thick. We didnt go slow about it either . So he penetrated me and it hurt quite a bit. But weeks later, my anus has been feeling quite uncomfortable. Every now and then I'll feel a bump when im cleaning down there, small, the size of a pea, quite hard, but then the next time I look when I shower next its gone away. Ive taken pictures off my anus (gross I know lol) to see for myself and it looks perfectly normal but with (maybe) a purple tint? A bit like a bruise. It doesnt hurt to go to the toilet as I have been letting it come out on its own instead of pushing like I sometimes do. The reason im asking this is because somedays it feels very slightly painful or irritated, the next its perfectly fine. I want to be absolutely clear its not the inside of my anus, but to the right of my hole. It feels a bit puffy as well. Please help me out, I do not want to go to the doctor over this as I am a closet bisexual. It does not hurt If i gentley insert my finger (I was checking for bumps ) i should also add there is no blood in my stool or pain when I whipe. I should ALSO add some areas feel puffy/ like they have a bump and others do not. It is around the edge of my anus an a bit into it. I just checked again and there is a bump where the slight pain is.

Honestl it sounds like you may have developed a hemmeroid do to your session.

Yes I would recomend a trip to your Dr also have him run an std pannel including testing for HPV. Should you come back negative for HPV ask him for the Guardisil vaxcine as well have him get you all 3 Hep vaxcines.

I would caution you to make sure that you use rubbers as the best HIV prevention. HIV is not cured or easily managed. The meds make you sick, you may have a nasty time trying to find a combo that works. The biggest issue is price tag 28K a month is about normal. I have had HIV for 26 years it has not been a picnik, Able to sh*t threw a screen without hitting the wires, fatigue, arthritus after 2 years, and I am one of the lucky that ended up with HIV induced Epilepsy.

You may be worried @ what your Dr will think, but!!!! It is your responsibility to let him know what issues he needs to watch for to keep you healthy!!! This is not the 1950s 60s, 70s, 80s, etc. Your DR is not there to make moral judgments, he is there to keep you healthy and to treat any illness you may come up with. You also have the responsibility to protect your partners. Getting vaccinated for what is preventable puts you that much ahead. Sorry to preach but please take care of yourself.
