Ankle pain every time I bent my toe or point the foot. Doctor said it's nothing serious after x-ray

I am having some problem in ankel from last year. I made an appointment with a doc he recommended for an xray and told me nothing is serious. But my ankel pains when I   bent my toe or point the foot.
