Okay so I'm a 13 year old Virgin, I shaved the pubs above my penis and now I have these red bumps. Sometimes there irratated ad sometimes there not. Any lotion or anything I should use? How long will it last? What is wrong?

Most likely you have an infection, from shaving, folliculitis. Sometimes it's called "barbers rash." The hair follicles get infected with a staph infection.
Let it heal and don't shave until it has. Be sure to use a clean razor blade when you shave and if it continues try an electric razor.
If you don't see improvement is 3-5 days see your doctor. You may need an antibiotic.
