Three weeks ago I was very sick (my throat was hurting really bad and one lymph node in my throat got big and painful), so I went to the doctor a few days ago and she asked me to take Cephalexin 500mg for ten days but wanted to see me in 7 days, she said if it was still there i would need to get a biopsy. It's been three days since I started this antibiotic and my node is still there and painful, I got a new one under my jaw and one under each arm pit, plus my throat keeps hurting here and there, but the nods in my neck are the painful thing (arm pits hurt if i touch them only). Also since yesterday I got big pain in my kidneys that I still have I can barely laugh because it hurts (also in my back, it feels like when I have my period). Should I stop taking it? Im scared my kidneys are hurt by this medication. Also, could it be cancer or an infection?. When I got sick my husband got very sick too but he's fine now. Also, this doctor saw my throat a bit red but I am scared because she mentioned biopsy!. Do you think I should stop this antibiotic until monday? Yesterday I could barely breath I am scared I feel the same today. Thank you so much!!
