This sounds a lot like me. I was on meds for a couple years but finally joined a cbt group and have been countering my thoughts in the TEA forms ever since. They took a while to work but now I swear by them.

The TEA forms are the main thought countering exercise used in CBT.
I highly recommend it. If you have not seen it read the article I wrote a few years ago on here at this link:

All these symptoms you're having just seem simply like anxiety! I've been dealing with anxiety for multiple years now, and I've come to know what happens to my Body when I'm anxious or start to get a panick attack. Chest pain is definitely something that comes of anxiety, as well as the sleeping panic. Iv had a few nights myself where that has happened and you just need to to breathe slowly and regularly and calm yourself down. Distract your mind until you fall asleep, or play some music. The abdominal discomfort, however does seem odd... However I used to get this uncomfortable feeling I'm the pit of my stomach but it was a feeling of doubt or guilt due to me having OCD. I'm not sure if that's what you're feeling, but maybe it is! I hope you figure everything out, good luck! :)
