I have been thinking of making my own diet and I would like to include soy products as much as possible. I know there is a limitation how much of soy protein you can eat per day so I think there might be some other Asian food I could use. Have you heard of any good diet with wasabi?

I would not call eating soy and similar products a diet. Simply because Japanese and other Asian countries are using soy in their meals, so it is actually a regular part of their cuisine. Therefore, it is not a diet, but a different way of eating. As for wasabi, I know that some say it has some cancer prevention abilities, but that is not yet proven.

I know that it resembles mustard, when it comes to taste. So, I guess it can be used for a diet, but I am also not so sure about the effectiveness. Some people say that it is good against diarrhea, that it prevents stroke and hypertension. Also, it is beneficial in the cases of asthma, arthritis, allergies, osteoporosis...

I think that, since so many people say that wasabi is a good thing, it must have some positive effect. And I know that it is used a lot of combination, with soy sauce for some meals such as sushi. And I also know that it does have a great taste!
