Hi, made an appointment with a neurologist, because I have symptoms like tremor and stiffness. I am afraid that it could be Parkinson disease. does anyone here knows something about this disease?

Parkinson disease is a chronic progressive movement disorder, which belongs to a group called motor system disorders. Symptoms are usually tremors and stiffness just like you said, but there are also slowness in movements, instability and trembling in arms, hands, legs, jaw and face. To diagnose you with Parkinson disease, a doctor would have to know your medical history and sent you to neurological examination. If you really have Parkinson disease, you will be probably given levodopa combined with carbidopa., because they’re the best treatment. However, there are other medicines like bromocriptine, pergolide, pramipexole, and ropinirole. In U.S. Food and Drug Administration has been approved a therapy called deep brain stimulation (DBS). If nothing helps you reduce the symptoms of Parkinson disease, there is always a surgery, but I don’t think it will be necessary. The prognosis are not so great, because this disease is both chronic and progressive. You can only give your best in reducing the symptoms.

Hello, I understand that Parkinson's cannot be treated, only medicines can reduce its effects. Are there any particular foods that can reduce or slow down Parkinson's symptoms?

I’ve been living with Parkinson’s disease for quite some time, and for years, I struggled to find lasting relief. Medications helped temporarily, but the symptoms always seemed to return—and sometimes even worsen.

Out of both hope and hesitation, I decided to try an herbal treatment program from NaturePath Herbal Clinic. I’ll be honest—I was skeptical at first. But around the four-month mark, something began to change.

My tremors became less frequent. The stiffness in my body started to ease. Slowly, my balance and coordination improved. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but it was steady and real.

For the first time in years, I feel like I have some control over my body again. I can move more freely, sleep more peacefully, and take part in everyday activities without the constant discomfort I once accepted as normal.

The difference this has made—physically, emotionally, and mentally—has been nothing short of uplifting.

If you’re looking into natural approaches to manage Parkinson’s, I truly encourage you to explore what NaturePath Herbal Clinic offers. It’s been a life-changing experience for me, and I’m grateful every day that I gave it a chance.
