Are heavy symptoms always present with Alpha-sarcoglycanopathy?

I am active on a number of online message boards, and I was reading about someone I know from another board the other day - after various symptoms, she was finally diagnosed with a condition called Alpha-sarcoglycanopathy. That made me think - are symptoms always heavy in Alpha-sarcoglycanopathy? Or can they be vague and "moaning" as well?
