Am I crazy here?
Been in lockdown for a month now, going out only for shopping and to throw the garbage... maybe twice a week in total. When I throw the trash, there's no contact of any kind, but the store is a different matter, with people not social distancing properly and even so, particles hang around.
So now, I am:
- Coughing
- Constantly tired for four days already, like, barely able to stay awake kind of tired
- Having aching muscles
I heard that not everyone gets the same symptoms and some get no symptoms at all. Now I am of course freaking that I might have coronavirus. But no fever. No runny nose. Coughing mainly in the morning.
So, if you had these symptoms, would you try to get tested, or am I worried over nothing?
I would certainly want to be tested if it were me. those are all known symptoms.
As far as going to the grocery store, we all have to eat so that's a necessity. The best we can do is try to mitigate the exposure. Life is a gamble anyway, we take all kinds of chances in our daily lives and this is simply another one.
I also have similar symptoms. I'm from Puerto Rico and the authorities told me to say at home. They said they won't test me unless the condition got worse ... Even my neighbors threatening me and shout to go away from the balcony while coughing. The world is going crazy with this :|
Not crazy. Coronavirus is highly contagious, we're in the middle of a pandemic, and those are all known symptoms. I'd suspect I had it too, given those symptoms. Have you called the doctor yet???
