Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia in an asymptomatic patient?

I have a question for you all. Please feel free to respond whatever, even if you are not totally sure. I am wondering whether an asymptomatic patients could be suffering from arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia? I do know what symptoms normally go along with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia and I was wondering if this belonged to the possibilities.
