i just got an exercise bike got some weights nothing crazy i just want to get in overall good shape dont want to be jacked or crazy ripped just want to be able to feel comfortable feel in shape and healthy

also want to boost my overall strength my legs my back my arms

im looking for any tips whether it be straight from you or website with visual aids how to do certain exercises properly stretches and whats not or even ******* posters

not looking to lose crazy amount of weight either could stand to lose 25-30 lbs

have you been hitting the gym? It's to to pick up a sport to consistently train. Also, plan up a schedule for training. I had sent you an pm for more information on how to shape up.
