My friend stepped on my back and it really popped and i'm in severe pain on breast bone area and in the back directly behind the breast bone, it hurts to cough and breath a bit, could of I done something to harm myself.
Ive had this spot for years and it would never release, finally it did but in a lot of pain
what should I do
