bad neck pain and problems with ahces and pains

my name is kyle and i am 17. ever scence the end of december around the 29th of 08 i had my first anxiety attack so my father tells me. after that i had been filling vary wierd and crapy. around the 7th of jan when i went back to school my throut started to act up. i had a hard time swallowing, breathing, eating, and i cant stop spitting out white mugus if i spelled that right. i looked in the mirror and in my mouth and saw some one stuff on both sides witch just look like mugas. then i looked on the outside of my neck and under my chin i saw this big ball that was big and swelled looking on my left side. my bro in law said it was a swellen gland but im not sure. i keep thinking that i may have swellin tonsils because every time i look in my mouth there is some swelling i think on the sides and these two big lumps right behind my mallers maybe a bit futher back. i keep getting light headed and i sometimes have a hard time feeling my neck but not to much. i keep thinking im going to have another one of those anxiety attacks but i am un sure. i also keep getting pains on the side of my ribs and by upper back along with chest pain. my throut gets sore, dry and it feels like there are lumps in my throut alot too. i want to see a doctor but my parents keep telling me im fine and to stop worring because they say im doing it to myself, whatever thats supose to mean? it maybe all stress but i dont know. if you know what this could be please reply to this. im pretty worried. :'(
