Ok usually when I get my period like the day that I get super bad cramps like I can stand or walk and I have horrible back pains and I usually throw up a lot. It just happens the first day after that I'm usually alright. But it's really bad like I can't eat anything and everything I smell makes me puke and I try walking but after like five steps I have to stop. When I bend over to throw up I get a cramp in my stomach like I can't even bend over but once I stand up straight or arch my back it like pops or something. My cramps feel sometimes feel like a bubble is sucking up all my insides or something but it's growing at the same time but my back really gets to me and after all the throwing up I feel weak I throw up tons like 5-10 times an hour I try my best to hold down food and I usually don't eat but I still throw up. Today it happened and I was at a competition and I was suppose to cheer for my team but I couldn't stand or walk even sitting hurt I have yet to get my period and I think it's about time to get it (i don't keep track) but I'm for sure not pregnant but Ive been throwing up so much I had to just sit by the toliet and I have been really stressed lately idk if that's a reason and I haven't been working out as much but I'm just trying to stay hydrated but is there anything I can do to make this better or prevent it from getting this bad for my next period if this is even one
