Hello! I had upper/lower eyelid surgery, mini face lift, lypo under chin on February 16, 2012. It's been 6 weeks, and I still have a long way to go but I am concerned mainly about two things. I have lumps behind my left eat that feel like knots and the scar from the incision in the front of my ear that go along the hairline and down the ear (basically where a mans sideburns are). The scar is deep and a dark brown and I am concerned that this will not go away. I can't wear my hair hair up, like I used to because of this.
I am wondering if anyone else experienced this as well, and if so what did you do to treat it, did it go away, and how long did it take?
I plan on bringing this up to my plastic surgeon at my next follow up appointment, but I am impatiently searching for others people's experience in this situation. Any feedback or imput would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

I had the back of my ear cut and folded forward (for some ear canal surgery about 10 years ago and I had the same thing, kinda knotty lumps of scar tissue, i thought they were permanent as they were there for the first couple of years but sometime between now and then they faded out and you cant even tell they were there

Relax! It will go with time. Meanwhile, I would suggest you to apply the advanced body lotion from Parachute on that area. Wondering why? Its mint extracts will make you feel light and cool and coconut extracts will heal the wound really soon.

I had a liposuction of my tummy which left scar ..it was horrible .. My doctor said it will go away itself but It became permanent. I had my operation abroad so I can't go back to consult him.. He's not even available all the time in his office… I was so scared as to what i am gonna do... i researched alot in this regard. remedies never worked for me... i even tried tonnes of products for this but i was always disappointed. then my cousin told me about this scar removing cream, INVICIBLE SCARS that he has been using for months for his acne scars and i could see the difference ...the scars weren't there like they used to be . i was so impressed ... i bought this product ... and the results are truly remarkable... I’m using this cream inviCible scars for 3 weeks and have seen a difference in the texture as it has lightened that portion. I may use it further more to complete the course because I’m really very much satisfied by it as it has really shown drastic effects in such sort span of time.
