Lately i have been having some bad gas pains, i believe they are along with heartburn
But on my lower left side i have this stinging pain that travels to my right side, along with some bad back pain, i wouldn't say its cramping but it deffinately hurts.
Along with that i have the usual naseousness, and such.
Is this normal for a pregnancy? I am 5 weeks btw. almost 6.
Earlier in the week i had brown spotting in my underwear so i was really scared, help please?!

I don't think that's normal but yuu should probably ask
