Im dancing I started at 5 and Im 13 and our master told us that those of us with normal breasts will have no carreer. A ballet dancer needs small breasts. So far its ok because Im only 32A but Im afraid they will grow and I will be throughn out. Is it true that a ballet dancer need small breasts? And how can I make my breasts stop?
Take no notice of what they are saying because it is totally wrong of them to tell you that, it doesn't matter what size breasts you end up with it should not affect a career in ballet.

The bosom in particular is another. But I believe you should stay reassured. If at 13 you are nothing more than a 32A, you will probably stay slim. Especially if you took to Ballet young enough, you will find that your body has internalized the requirements already and will not betray you. When has puberty started for you? If you were early maybe you are nearing the end of it already. Anyway: the real problems begin only if you get larger than B. I used to be worried just like you especially because my breasts started budding before most of the girls' but I ended a 34A.

I wish you luck. I had to stop ballet because of a C cup when I was 15. I was a wise decision because I ended up a D one. But at your age I was already well on my way towards a B, so you definitely have a chance to stay flatter. I was very sad because I was actually slim and all would have been perfect. But it's also nice to have boobies ;). Of course the other thing is that small breasts have often larger or longer nipples so be prepared to show through the dress.
Thanks. So I hope they will not grow anymore. My mum and my elder sis have B. So maybe Ill be allright. My puperty started when I was 10 but my breats only started to grow when I was 12. So far I dont have real nipples so its ok with the dress.
Hi and good luck. I have been through this myself. Breasts grew when I was 11 and I was freaking out, I knew of other girls who had to stop because of them. It has been a nightmare and I was hoping to stay flat and it was of course completely insane because all girls in my class wished to have breasts and I was the only one to want to stay flat. Well anyway I don't know how but I stayed an A and I didn't get special nipples either. Of course they show but that's ok. So good luck.
