I've had a recurring lump/nodule IN the underside of my penis for about 6 months. It isn't on the skin, I'm not a doctor but as far as I can tell it seems to be attached to the tunica albuginea. I can move foreskin/skin around it freely. It's about the size of a bb, however - sometimes it disappears, sometimes it is smaller and/or softer or harder. Always the same spot. With some time, I can massage it away. I went to the doctor the other day, had an STD panel and was clean. I mentioned this issue and she didn't seem too concerned or even want to look at it. After I described it she said it was probably "blockage". I want to agree, it's chronic and not painful so I'm not worried but should i expect to live with it?

I was going to say the same. I could be a blockage in one of the lymphatic vessels.
