Hi. I find it pretty hard to fall asleep. And when I manage somehow to fall asleep I wake up after 15-20 min. I feel very tired. And being tired all the time is no fun. I can`t work like I used to. What is wrong with me? What could be the cause of my problem? I am perfectly healthy otherwise.
Hi. I have the same symptoms and I was diagnosed with insomnia. I was prescribed with some meds. They are really effective. However, I would like to be able to fall asleep without meds. I am not sure if that is possible. Maybe some day. Not now. Stress is the most common cause of insomnia. Some other causes include physical discomfort, such as headache, emotional problems and, sometimes, sleeping environment. If your bedroom is too cold or too hot, maybe that is the cause of your problem. I think stress is the cause of my insomnia.
