Hi, folks. I know that kids should take vitamin D supplements since there isn’t enough amounts of this vitamin in food. I would like to ask you to recommend me the best supplements for kids. I would really appreciate all your help with this. Thank you in advance for replying. Bye!
Hi, there. Vitamin D is necessary for a proper bone development. Its deficiency leads to rickets. Sunlight exposure is also important for a proper synthesis of this vitamin in skin. I think there is enough vitamin D in fortified infant formula or milk. It is recommended to take multivitamin products. Those would be: Gerber Vitamin Drops, Tri-Vi-Sol Drops, Poly-Vi-Sol Drops and Vi-Daylin ADC. You should consider details with your kid’s pediatrician. I hope I’ve helped a little. Good luck!
