I did something Really Really Really stupid.. and wraped an elastic band around my penis Extemly tight... i took it of straight away but it hurt like nothing else... and then a black spot formed.. the pain subsided but the spot didnt...

The black spot could just be a bruise.
Does your penis feel numb or does it feel normal?
Does the black spot feel tender like a bruise?
If it doesn't look better in a few days, go see a doctor.
