But after he left i went to the bathroom and saw i was bleeding, so i put a tampon in and a liner, but when i went to the bathroom again my liner was bloody, so i pulled my tampon out, but it was barley full, should i be worried? I dont wanna tell my mom. Help!
It is not unusal to have some bleeding with your first intercourse.
The hymen may be present and when it is torn or ripped through penetration... some minor bleeding can occur.
It is not a serious thing, but many cultures believe that this is reserved for marriage and place a high value on virginity.
The bleeding comes from a different source than your period, so it is not surprising that your tampon might not be effective. But your pad is the best bet to catch that blood.
You need not discuss this with your mother, as it should stop within a day or so, but this is a big decision and change in your life...and that must be important to your mother, as it is with you.
