Hello, I have been a patient of PCOD at my early cycles, and had taken medicine for about 6years.

Now the issue from the recent time is there is an acute pain at a spot on the left abdomen. On doing an ultrasound, there shows no cyst. But recently my bleeding pattern has changed. Acute pain which I never had before. Bleeding for 13days straight, then a two three days pause.... Then spotting for a week and then bleed again.. for next 10-15 days. The doctor I m consulting is prescribing antibiotics, vitamins and the conterceptive  pills, which they usually give for PCOD.

Yet there has been no relief. Please help.
