I was doing dumbell Excersices , and suddenly blood started to drip from my Penis into the Floor once i Removed my Underwear to have a Shower. i didnt have any pain what soever . would appreciate if you could explain this what could have happend?

It's possible you have broken a few capillaries while exercising in the muscles around your genitals. I suggest booking a doctors appointment and just seeing if it goes away before you see them but go anyway even if it does stop.
