After masturbating. I pressed my penis tip befor ejaculation and then when i went to discharge. Some amount Blood came out along with semen. Since then i am having little pain in my penis, but i am urinating properly with no pain at the same time.It pains little when penis becomes hard and few stains of blood comes out.

Please suggest what can be the reason for the same and please let me how much time will it take to heal. When can i would be able to do the same again
without any problem
