It's difficult to say what the source of the bleeding is. It may be trauma, internally, likely the prostate. If so, how serious it may be I can't say.

Your semen can change color/consistency.
Normally semen is a cloudy white but can appear clear and even slighty yellowish. All are normal. A lot depends on your hydration, how long you've been aroused, and how "old" the semen is.
Are you sure you aren't seeing precum? It is clear and usually slightly sticky, somewhat like mucous from a runny nose.
