hi my son is 15yr old studing in high school. Just 2 days before when i arrive home from work he complained about pain in both bums. I asked him to show it to me. He showed it to me it was a red lump like a boil between the top part of bum slice. He took a day off from school and went to see doctor. Doctor said its a infection and gave him Antibiotics. Now today when he went to tiolet he complain about blood coming out of that lump. The tiolet water was total red when i saw that and he was complaing about lot of pain. Can someone tell me what to do and how serious it is. Is there any specil medicine for this
Hello, it might look and sound disturbing but if you went to the doctor then there is nothing you should be worried about. He got his meds and he will get better. Doctors do know what they are doing. However, it might take some time for him to get better. It takes time for antibiotics to start working so I would suggest you give it 7-10 days before any changes. If the problem persists after he completes his antibiotics then its time for another visit to the doctor. Hope this helps
