A man having a problem since Jan-2013 ( nearly 3 years) that as follows: 1.. Daily after 2 AM night some blood is out ,from mouth, during spitting. 2.. and its sense automatically & awake , that some thing is mouth . 3-- after then up to the morning it is repeated continuously two or three time. 4...After one or two spitting no further blood is comes. 5... No such incident is repeated during DAY time. 6... When we consulted to the local doctors and ate their prescribed medicine--coming of blood is STOPPED. 7.. Consulted DENTIST,GASTRO,ENT & also general Doctors...they have don't find any thing. 8.. TESTED---- bronoscopy 2013 feb,( Ok no comments by doctors) endo scopy Jan-2013 ( Erosive Esophygaytus ) doctors says- it will repair automatically after not eating spicy. CT scan-- found paratracheal NODES---( comments no ) Chest X ray- OK. 9.. quantity of blood comming from mouth is as it is .. no increase or decrease from to till time. 10.. IMP--- fresh blood is out only on spiiting. 11- all blood reports are normal -except lipid profile. 12-- I feel that blood is coming inside from the tongue and from Gums-- IS IT POSSIBLE-- while dentist says no, and ENT doctors says--pharynx abrasions.... and their prescribed medicine is not effective. About the PETIENT:---- Age nearly-- 50.... no liquor , no tobacco , no gutka pan masala. no smoking since last 4 year . He has no fewer since the problem start to till date... no weakness found..... daily going office.. no any type of pain any where.... no one close members feel the bad smell thru mouth....
