i used to musterbate every other day.,.but one they i noticed that there was a blood in my sperm so i decided to stop musterbating for about 1 week but it has stiil a lil bit of blood a musterbate again and its gone.,my problem is im a seafarer i cant go to a doctor to consult my problem.,.,can you please suggest me what kind or name of antibiotics should i used .,please reply i'vebeen freakin out everyday....

Blood in the semen is fairly common, occasionally. It should not be long lasting. The thing is, it can take some time to eliminate - via ejaculation. Often, the cause of the blood is never determined. It may be an infection but without testing, we can't say.
It sounds like it has stopped, good.
If the symptoms return, or you are having other problems, see your doctor.

See your doctor. That is one of the "other problems" I was mentioning. It may be an infection, possibly epididymitis. It does need to be checked though. I'd recommend you see a urologist. It is their area of expertise.
