I am a 27 year old male. I have experienced blood in my urine for many years now. Usually after I ejaculate from having sexual intercourse or masturbation I would notice blood in my urine. When I masturbate it usually a little bit of blood and maybe a clot involved, but when I have sexual intercourse it is far greater amount of blood. Sometimes there are large clots, at other times there are small ones. This is usually followed by pain and discomfort and burning. The blood is usually bright red when I urinate right after, but darker if I wait to urinate the next day or much later after. I also notice the issue comes and goes.
I first notice the issue after my first 2 years after my hernia surgery in 1999, but did not think anything of it, because it was right after rough sex with my partner. We were so rough at times that my prostate area would be in pain.
I now have been living with this issue for 11 years now, and do not intend on having this issue continue to happen.
After noticing the issue with bloody urine and ejaculated fluids. I turn to a doctor for help. I visited an ID clinic (Infectious Deases), so they could run some test on any STD’s that may be present. All tests came back negative. To my surprise I was all most sure that an STD was the problem, but was relieved that it wasn’t. I took antibiotics that were prescribed to me for gannarea to be sure about the issue. Still there was no answer for the bloody urine after completing the regimen and a follow up test. Still negative results! I took a CT test to find out if I had and issues with my bladder, kidneys, and liver. The only thing that was positive was that I had a black spot in my liver from drinking alcohol. Many years ago when I was a teenager and was drinking like a fish, but that was not the problem. The test was negative and I was still sent in a loop. I stopped having sex for a while to maybe help with some healing process that maybe happening with my body, but the issue with blood continuous till this day in 2010.
I am very sexually active and like to masturbate 3 to 4 times a day if given the chance, and intercourse 2 too 3 times a day.
I notice that I can not be ridden for that the pressure causes me to bleed afterwards. I have to resort to doggy-style, missionary, or oral sex to prevent the discomfort of bleeding afterwards.
My sex life continues till this day but have slowed down tremendously because of this issue. I am unable to experience the full effect of a great sex session with complete focus, because I am too focused on the bloody issue. My partner is somewhat unsatisfied at times with me and worried at the same time. We are very compatible together, but it worries me that my partner may become a cheater, because of lack of intimacy. I know I can lay it down like a Mandingo worrier when I was more focused on the event at hand and no the issue afterwards.
This issue has caused some emotional problems and worries. I believe that I have developed anemia from this bleeding process because of this, and I will continue to find out what’s wrong.

Many years? What does this mean? Did you know that as soon as you see blood in your urine, you should consult your doctor about some further steps? Blood in urine treatment needs to be found! Sincerely, I don't believe that your sex life or a number of your week's masturbation has to do something with it. There is some underlying cause that is there for years, as you told us. You really should react on time and visit your doctor as soon as you saw that you are having some problems with it. Tell me, are you depressed because of it? Are you taking some medications or something similar? This can also be a reason for the blood in your urine, but you should consult your medical care provider and do a full analysis.
