Hi. 5 days ago I felt a little pimple just about on the center part of my belly, I didnt care much cos I thought it could have been a mosquito bite or something (Yes, I live in india. ) But then it started protruding and it started paining a lot, it pains if I move, it pains if I stand too much, it pains if my clothes touch it, there is hardly anything that i can do without having to suffer the pain. I dont know what to do or that how did this bump got there, should I see a doctor? Does anyone know its causes? It just doesn't seem to go away, even the area around it is red and pains. please guide me with some answers?

Chlorine. I took up a low impact water aerobics class. Boils and acne started clearing up. Six months later and I am free of all the symptoms.

Stay away from Dairy!!!! Drink lemon water....alkaline your body to purge toxins and bacteria from all the animal fats.....swim in chlorine pool to kill bacteria and fungus on skin.....basiclly a month of fruit and water to starve bacteria out of body...injest 1 tsb of coconut oil a day as it is the most natural powerful antifungal known to man...Reduce sugar intake cut out sodas......drink Reverse Osmosis water and take a good daily multi vitamin....no fast food if you nail this routine....it will all come to a head and when its really ready it will all come out even bloody chunks because you have starved the bacteria and it forms like a puss bag you gotta squeeze all that goop out including the bag....it will leave a empty hole....pack with anti bacterial cream and monitor...it will heal but you must treat it like a dr very sterile gloves and the whole 9 yards......afterwards wash hands with bleack

I get boils alot too on my tummy and thighs as well. It helps to put baby powder on the skin that usually rubs together and re apply throughout your day. The baby powder helps keep those areas dry and helps to lessen the friction. But getting boils is usually because of having too much staph bacteria and antibiotics are like the only way too really get rid of them.

I've had this issue for the last year. They tend to appear commonly where the skin can rub against itself, such as the vaginal area, thighs, armpits, sometimes my stomach. And from what I've gathered just from reading this thread is this:

- Most are women

- Most are classified as obese or have had children

- Elastic garments are involved somehow

- Possibly nothing more then bacterial infections.

- Anti-bacterial products seem to help.

Not sure if this helped you guys but this did give me an idea as to how to lessen how often they appear for the most part.

I have one under my babybelly and it was the size of a quarter. Its a ingrown hair folicle and went back under the skin and developed as a puss and blood filled liquid. It popped and its now sore in the healing process. I put Vaseline on it and a gauze pad in case it leaks. Don't wear tight fitting underwear just loose night pants
Take a hot bath and it should also go down in a few days. I'm also overweight and its very painful at times. I took regular aspirin low dose and the pain is gone. Just sore. I Google all my problems first before going to drs.
