Well iam searching for the same thing but iam not overweight iam 5'7 and weight 160. And i also got 3 of them under my armpits. And they are huge full with puss and blood after i pop them a huge hole is left behind but i still feel the bump and the next day it would b big and ready to pop again idk what it is but i had enough it hurts like hell and stings iam going to the. Clindamycin is the best antibiotic out there for MRSA and other staph infection. I have a reoccurring case of MRSA and my doctor gives clindamycin. It seems to kick its ass. I get the bumps on my inner thighs and under my belly. I weigh 400 lbs too. My doc says no matter how much you scrub the area of infection it will never truly dissapear until you lose weight.

I looked this up because my boyfriend keeps getting these purple bumps in his stretch marks that only squeeze out blood and wanted to help find out what it is. My sister actually has HS and it is very different and seems much worse. She apparently still has it mildly and it is extremely painful and smelly and she can't use many deodorants. It is also a very dark purple but has more puss with small amounts of blood and appears in her under arms, under boobs, under stomach rolls, on legs, in groin areas, etc.

Apply a product called prid. It is a drawling salve (available at Walgreens). Then cover with a large bandage 24 -48 hours. It will extract the contents and then you just have to try to leave it alone so it will heal faster. These things are annoying and take forever to completely disappear and as soon as they do, another seems to pop up ☹️. I've started wearing larger pants to minimize rubbing and I continue to try to loose weight. I'm also using coconut oil on my body which seems to have anticeptic properties.
