Blood/Puss/Sebum filled Pimple/Boil on stomach?

Im experiencing not blood but pussed fell bumps off and on on my belly,breast and inner thigh it hurts with some of them when i squeeze them what could this be had it for 3 weeks now is there any home remedy i can use before consulting a doctor?

I have the same things what in the heck are these???? They hurt like hell and are annoying

I'm 18 and have what I think are blood blisters that show up on my waist and thighs since I'm no longer in school I don't get them as often on my thighs but have them on my waist more they are painful bruise like spots some being the size of a dime I currently have 2 on the right side of my waist one has been there for almost 5 weeks now it was almost fully healed until I decided to do a bit of exercise and now it's opened up a bit not bleed up until the second spot appeared very small but causes an extreme amount of pain and may have popped as there is a large amount of blood and a puss or sebum like substance that appears.

Sypthoms are
Bruise
Sensitive skin almost like a knot has formed under the skin
"Knot" then goes away but the bruise and sensitive skin stay the skin is then very soft and feels as if it could be torn open just by pushing on it
A few days later the skin gives way and it bleeds a decent amount of blood with a mix of puss then after an hour or so of draining it loses a bit of its sensitivity and takes a few weeks to heal depending on the size time for draining and healing may be faster or slower
I have found on another post someone recommended eating rasains as it could be a lack of minerals and vitamins, if I'm not mistaken it was vitamins A B and C as well as having a decent diet with fruits and vegetables mixed in and I believe it has something to do with weight as I'm overweight and have had issues with them but friends of mine that aren't overweight haven't even heard of these "blood blisters".

I know this was a long time ago, but this is HS. Please look it up. Go to doctors until they diagnose you correctly. The problem with this disease is that not every Dr is aware.

What was the black blood filled lump on my stomach, which has burst? Now the wound is a hole in my skin and flesh. I'm very worried because I'm having other illnesses.
