I notice blood in my urine the other day and just after I noticed it I got a fever and was feeling really weak. I told my wife and she thought it might be a urinary tract infection so she had some of her antibiotics left over and I started taking them and she got me some cranberry juice. Well the blood went away imediately. But then the next day, the tip of my penis started to burn. I remember before that when my wife had an yeast infection this happened to me so i put the cream she had from her cannestin on it. I was just wondering if these are related to each other. Could this be something that i dont know about?
I commend you for taking the initiative of treating yourself. I think I would have done the same if I were in your situation. I just want to mention that the medical establishment frowns upon people consuming left-over meds from other people. But in your case, I think it has been working out just fine. The burning sensation may be due to left-over infection, or sensitivity to the acidity from the cranberry juice excreted in the urine.
You're attempting to treat a condition or two without the benefit of testing, biological examination or complete medicines. This is not wise
In fact, you may have innoculated the bug or germ to make it even more resistant to future medications.
You ask if it could be an STI. I don't know....COULD it? Have you had unprotected or risky sex recently?
If you have a sense that this might be a urinary tract infection, your drinking cranberry juice would make some sense... but I'd also try to identify where you contracted this from, and immediately make an appointment with a medical clinic so that you can be treated more completely.
Without an examination or photos of the problem, it's difficult to say.
I'd say get checked out in person, and I'd refrain from any contact with anyone else until you do.

I agree with Kirk C that it is best to be examined by a doctor. Many people in the United States resort to self-treatment simply because they do not have health insurance, and they just cannot afford to pay to see a doctor. For those people, the emergency department of a hospital is the only place that they can go to, and the wait is long. I wish our health care system is more like that in the UK, Canada, Cuba, and France, where health care is subsidized by the government, and where their citizens can get free or almost free health care.
