hello I am a 25 year old female but my problem started about a year and a half ago, I'd eat and go, eat and go my diet hasn't changed much. I don't drink regular 2% milk anymore I'm on soy, we have self diagnosed many times lactose so I switch to no milk products then went to gluten free so I switched to that and missed everything, gluten tastes so good and my body hates it.
please I beg you anyone reading this, please help me
