:-)I had double mastectomy for insitu breast cancer on the right breast, but before that I notice my nipple was turning pink from a dark brown starting at the aerola, but after the surgery implant they removed the inside tissue of both breast and kept the aerola on both breast but it is still pink as if it has been peeled but not spreading anymore. I ask my doctor but they never address it.

Do you mean that your doctor is not giving you any answers about this at all? That would be highly unusual. If that's the case, get a second opinion immediately. You have already been thru a lot and you need a lot of support now. Get your answers. Insist on them. You are probably involved with a support group already, but if not, join one.
