Breast Soreness for a week or more off and on in severity

I have PCOS and have had soreness of the breast/nipple for almost 2 weeks now...my cycle is not regular so I am never sure when my period is coming or when I am going to ovulate. I usually have breast soreness/pain with my cycle but never for 2 weeks.........
