Ok well what if I am drinking nothing but water and plenty of it, I am not on a multivitamin, and I have had a subtle headache for about 3 days now. Bright hello urine has been at least over a month though.
I just started having the same problem and looking for answers. From reading all the other replies I came to the conclusion that it is caused by the Flintsones vitamins that I just started taking... I got them because I used to be given them as a kid and I loved the taste. I def take more than the "recommended" amount lol. Time line fits 100%!! Taking too many vitamins??

Can someone tell me what does these symptoms indicate: liver problems, weight gain, chronic fatigue, vomiting, breathing problems, bright yellow urine, chronic pain round midriff?
My urine comes once daily, and it is white. This makes me very weak after urination. What is happening to me?
