broken and infected jaw

Hello I live in west Texas and I broke my jaw 3 weeks ago I went to the ER and they gave me antibiotics and pain meds and told me they couldn't do anything for me but prefer me to a specialist so I called that Dr office and they told me they don't do anything with broken jaws so I moved on to a few other drs every one that I called turned me down so it has been 3 weeks now that a haven't had any help it is now infected ferry bad there is a big red ball on my face and I can feel the infection moving into my neck and under my chin I went back to the ER yesterday and seen the same Dr that had seen me the first time I wen he said all I can do is give you more antibiotics and trimodal he said I need to get help asap he said that I could die or my face could be like this for the rest of my life I told him I have been trying but have been unsuccessful so the nurse got me some phone numbers to try so I started calling then right there in front of her and she had seen that everyone I called kept sending me to someone else to call she told me hold on one minute she went and talked to the ER department case manager and she called around and finally found me someone in Lubbock ant UMC so all I was supposed to do was call and make an appointment the case manger had already sent all my documents to them so I called and they told me that they would call me back with an appointment time hours went by and I didn't here anything from them so my husband called them up and asked them what the deal was and they say that there isn't going to be any doctors in until next week and they still didn't give me an appointment I'm in a lot of pain and worried about this the infection just keeps spreading and I don't no what to do any more I can't wait till next week sometime to finally get seen by them so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions
