I have been taking Low Estrogen F3 for almost a year now. I have been cramping for the past two or three days, and today was the first white pill of the pack, (which is before sugar pills, but after the normal pill). And now I am discharging some brown stuff. I am sexually active, and sometimes we don't use a condom. I don't believe I am pregnant, I am just curious as to why I could be having this?
Last month, my period was very light, and very quick, lighter than normal, could it be that it is the old blood? Or could it be in the fact that I have been under a lot of stress, and the last few days I have finally felt... relaxed?
I had the same problem for about a year now. All it is is Old blood that has been there since your last period. No worries...it's pretty common.
Also, sometimes right b4 your period you will discharge a little brown blood before you start to actually bleed fresh blood due to the old blood that has been in there.
