I have a brown discharge. Pink tinge when I wipe after urinating. I am not on birth control (husband had vasectomy) and 10 days post period. When I went to the restroom this morning there was a "white cloud like tissue - almost like fluffy skin" sinking slowly to the bottom.
Could this happen all of a sudden or be caused from me starting an exercise program, which it has been 3 years since working out? Should I be concerned? Everything I read has to do about birthcontrol but again, I don't take any. I am a 35 year old woman.

i didnt use protection
and i've missed my period
i've had brown discharge and the same tissue like stuff in my urine..

i had a brown discharge two weeks after my period, then two days after i am having this thick white discharge with barely no scent. i am on birth control
