I have an odd headache - seen numerous docs -GP,Neuro,ENT,EyE ,DDS
So for 3 yrs 2 months - I boil from the top of my head, center top right in the middle. It feels deep in the top middle. I can feel it all day everyday all day. It feels like something about the size of a half dollor coin on top middle of my head is pushing down ,putting pressure all the time down on my brain, slow but study increase of push down pressure, hurts so bad!
Then about 6/7 hours later ,I start feeling a boiling (bubbling) from that center top of my head, then sometimes it feels like a crawling feeling on my scalp. o.O That scared me at first ,so I went to a shrink and he said its not my mind (mental). Sometimes it feels like bubbles come out my temples. It feels like deep in the center of my brain (,top center then straight down to the middle of my brain -size of a half dollar)there is something and it gets so tight ,so very tight then it boils or bubbles (same)
and the pain is undescribable. This is the same all day every day for 3+ yrs. If you can give any input good or bad ,please..........help!

I know the pain
You mentioned your shrink..what kind of psych meds are you on? If you are taking an SSRI(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) like Effexor, Paxil, Zoloft, Prozac etc..or if you have ever taken an SSRI for any considerable amount of time(6 weeks and longer), that could be the culprit. Seven + years off of SSRI's and still my brain re-oxidizes itself. It feels like my brain is buzzing in the middle of my head intermittently throughout the day.
Also, an injury to your coccyx-a hard fall on your ass--can and may at some point effect your neck and make you feel as though the top of your spine is being pushed up into the brain stem--I know that might sound ridiculous, but that's the way that feels. Causes headaches and neck aches for days at a time.

You may have had a reaction to some medicine you were taking. I had a similar experience. It sounded like popcorn was popping in my head.
Hey, just wanted to chime in for anyone in the future reading this. I found this post a while back and it was the first person that had described this issue in the exact way that I would, having gone through the same problems.
I have gone through the medical system here in Sweden, it took a lot of time, but eventually they have settled on Fibromyalgia and possibly CFS/ME as the cause (I would also recommend checking for MS as this is a common region it can start being felt in).
The problems aren't solved, and probably never fully will be, but I recommend learning how to do things like pacing yourself and taking breaks. Letting your body regenerate makes your threshold to operate within much broader over time (it will take a lot of time), and with some help using medications you might find yourself getting back to a somewhat normal state.
Currently I am taking Gabapentin and Ritalin as my medications (Oxycontin and other pain meds will not help against this, it is nociplastic (if conventional pain meds have helped you, you might not be suffering the same problem I am describing and you can disregard this entire comment)), and they have been doing wonders to stem the pain symptoms whose root cause probably was overwork and stress over a long period of time. I recommend, even if it takes a long time, that you guys get whatever help you can from the medical system. You might think that you can do it alone, but if the problem is something like fibromyalgia, MS, or ME you cannot solve the problem productively alone. The pain you will feel is going to create a negative spiral, taking the right meds to cut off the pain for a short time will help stop the spiral entirely.
Best Regards, someone who was happy to see this post existed somewhere in the internet's void.
(PS. beyond what my doctors have diagnosed, I am speculating whether the issue could be an acute inflammation of Middle Cerebral Artery or the Meninges caused by mental exertion. My reasoning being that the symptoms I'm suffering from seemingly expand out from the somatosensory association area and then as symptoms worsen during the acute period, the surrounding areas lose their effect as well, suggesting a loss of blood-flow/energy-production/nutrients/heat-dispersal.)
