when my bladder is full, i get a painless bulge in lower abdomen that goes away after i urinate. does anybody know what this is?

Same here but only recently. But the bulge is still there just lower after I pee. Doesn't hurt to pee, pee smells normal, looks like it should so I don't think it's a bladder infection. Some tell me it's a hernia but looking at pictures of hernia, it doesn't look the same at all. Others tell me I could be pregnant and just not realize this.
Wish you would've came back or the other and said what this was. I'm trying to find answers before my appointment but having no luck. Some of the search results are really scaring me :(
