Hello, a couple of days ago while in the shower i noticed a sore to the touch, bean sized bump under the skin between my right testicle and perineum. As i said before it is only sore to the touch, or if i am sitting awkwardly. This was not present the week prior. Is this something that sounds harmless, or should i cunsult my doctor?

I'm going to suggest you consult your doctor. While it very well could be nothing since it didn't exist the week prior, it should be checked. If you have the ability to see a urologist, that would be my recommendation. This is their area of expertise.
