I have these bumps on my testicles, that are sometimes big or small and if you pop them it has what seems like puss inside, I am 14 and I have been blaming most of the things I have been going through on puberty, Like the swelling of my right nipple. Also, my testicles seem to itch alot... Like more than other men I see. I kind of want to see a doctor, but its too emberassing to talk to my parents about it.
Well, your choices are either tell the parents or doctor.
