bumps in vulva, I have not had intercourse in a year

i know for a fact this isn't an STD or STI .. I have not had sexual intercourse in a year and I was tested last month .. anyways last month I was diagnosed with Vaginitis and I was taking medication for that .. a month later my period comes and I have this pain . so I get in the shower and see 2 whitish pink bumps on both lips .. i panicked .. the next day I check again and there's 2 more , like on my labia minora .. these little sh**s hurt , burn when I pee, and irritated with any move I make .. does anyone know how to treat this !???!! it hurts so much and I don't wanna go back to the hospital
