I am having severe itching and burning in my veins. particularly in hands and feet. the veins are more visible under my skin and also more visible on the right side. Could this be due to my diabetes? Or could it be a circulation problem? Blood pressure? I'm a little scared. Could anyone help me please?

Yes, it can be due to your diabetes. It may be a condition called phlebitis.
I'd suggest you see your doctor for an exam. It can indicate a circulation problem and may cause clots to form.
