i developed a burning sensation between the buttocks it is not all the time but when it comes I feel like I am on fire nothing helps as a matter of fact sometimes I think that it gets worse with creams and ointments. I have to put an ice bag between my legs to releive the heat. Sometimes it gets itchy and the sking is very tender. I don't know what else to do it. It seemas like an allergic reaction. This happened a few months ago and it lasted for weeks then it got better but never completely well, it started again threeto four weeks ago and is driving me crazy. Please help!

My husband had this problem - call me crazy, but I put him on Yeast infection medicine (yes VAGINAL yeast infection cream). It went away - keep the area as dry as possible, possibly cornstarch based baby powders once healed..........
