I am 42 and have been sexually active since 1 yr(with my first and only partner). We had sex 2-3 times in the past six months because I get a burning sensation in my vagina as soon as he 'gets in'. I tried with my fingers later on and even my finegrs in my vagina burn and hurt. I had pleasurable sex b4 this syndrome started.

We have tried with and without condoms/KY jelly, but the burning is always there as soon as anything enters my vagina. Even during different times in my cycle...

Firstly at fifteen you obviously are not experiencing menopause or thinning of the vaginal walls. You may not want to tell your mom because you are having sexual relations...you need to tell somebody that can get you to a doctor because it could be something serious. There must be somebody you can confide in.

it may be something like vaginismus or vulvodynia. google 'painful intercourse treatment' and see if there any place in your area that can treat it

I have also suffered from the similar symptoms and have been told it was "all in my head".  I finally found an OB who listened to me with concern and I was diagnosed with dyspareunia and vulvodynia.  I was then referred to a physical therapist who specializes in Women's Health.  I did therapy for 8 months working on my pelvic floor dysfunction.  Things went well for a while put I just recently started having symptoms again and will be going back to my PT.  As you all know we are not alone in this.  In fact I'm working on my thesis and spoke with six other women who have been through similar things that are on this thread.  I have not tried some of the above mentioned things but will be looking into them.

Hang in there ladies, I know it is frustrating to deal with and can cause problems in relationships.  I do have two children as did the other women in my study.  So really talk to your OB/GYN or physician about your pelvic floor this "could" be some of your problems.  Just don't be like myself and go for more then ten years living with this pain; it's not in your head, you are not crazy, and everything is not just fine.  Fight for yourself, you know your body better then anyone else.

Hope this helps!!!!  Good luck to all of you!!!

It could be that you had so much sex. that happened to me when i first started having sex. an allergic reaction us possible try a different kind of condom one without latex. make sure ur wet too helps a lot. go to the dr if your it continues it could be vaginal bacterial infection caused from dehydration.
