It could be an STD or epididymitis.
See a urologist for an exam. You DO need to get this checked.

I visited the doctor and did blood, urineexam and even ultrasound but they found nothing. He didn't tell me to do anything.
I don't count on STD because I haven't had any sexuall contact recently but I got this issue after masterbeating for a long time (to be honstwith you). I have Cephalexin 500mg, should I try it for a week or so ?
Did the doctor prescribe the Cephalexin?
Don't take antibiotics unless they have been prescribed. They can actually make the problem worse by making the infection resistant.
If they were prescribed, take them. It is a strong dosage of an antibiotic.
The doc didn't really tell me to take any antibiotics, but I saw that everyone who has had the same symptomes had to take antibiotics but most of them tried "Ciprofioxacin 500mg"
